Would you like the opportunity to quilt your own quilt using a professional long arm quilting machine? Do you sit and draw feathers in your free time? Are you tired of pushing and shoving your quilt tops through your domestic sewing machine? Have you dreamed of owning your own longarm but not sure if you can justify the cost? If you answer YES! to any of the questions above, then renting time on a professional longarm machine may be the right thing for you and it's so much fun!!!
Rental Basics Class
Our Rental Basics Class is a four hour workshop that gets you ready to rent our APQS longarm professional machine. In this workshop, you will learn how to efficiently load a quilt. You will also learn about types of batting, backing and thread choices. We'll also discuss different quilting patterns, pantographs, motifs, marking quilts and using CQ (computerized quilting system). Play time on the machine is also included. This workshop is required before you can rent our APQS Millennium professional longarm machine. We suggest you schedule rental time within two weeks of taking this workshop.
Cost:
One Person per Class - $ 75.00
Two People per Class - $125.00 ($62.50 per person)
Three People per Class - $150.00 ($50.00 per person)
