May 26, 2009 - What happened to the last five months? How do people twitter and blog on a regular basis?  I don't think I could keep up!  Well, here it is - the end of May and we have some exciting news.  We will be moving to a new location in the next few weeks.  Also, the NC Quilt Symposium is this weekend - will we see you there?  Make sure you join our mailing list to keep up with our newsletters, sales events and other quilt related topics.

December 26, 2008 - Twas the night before Christmas Eve and in walked a man with a twinkle in his eye and a check in his hand!  "I want to buy the best longarm and give to my wife!"  She deserves a Millennium, she's the love of my life!  So we wrapped a few quilt books and filled out a form.  And just like that, he was gone like a storm.

A Milli, a Lenni, a Lucey and more - what a great gift idea for all we adore!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to our quilter friends everywhere!

December 9, 2008 - I met the sweetest man a few days ago.  He came into the shoppe and wanted to buy a gift for his wife that she would really enjoy.  Our quilters' creed is: "I can buy all of the fabric I can hide from my husband", so to actually meet a husband who really wanted to be part of his wife's hobby was such a fun experience.  We had the best time picking out fabric, he knew what colors she liked, picking a basket and wrapping the final package! My goodness, what a very lucky woman to have such a caring hubby!  Thanks for giving me a great Christmas story for 2008!

October 21, 2008 - Just got back from vending at the Durham-Orange Quilters Guild this past weekend.  What a wonderful group of women and the quilt show was fantastic!  The "Tobacco" District in downtown Durham was a wonderful location for the show.  Thanks so much for the invite!
